Oil Discovery In Nasarawa State.

 The group chief executive officer, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation  NNPC Mele Kyari, has announced the discovery of oil in Nasarawa State.


 



Kyari said the official spud-in of first oil well in the state will commence in two months. A tweet shared by NNPC reads:


 

“Group CEO @nnpclimited @MKKyari announced today that the official spud-in of first oil well in Nasarawa State will commence in March 2023. This, according to @MKKyari, is in continuation of hydrocarbon exploration activities in Nigeria’s inland basins.


“@MKKyari disclosed this while receiving in audience a delegation of prominent Nasarawa State indegenes, led by the State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule at the #NNPCTowers, Abuja, earlier today.”

 At least 40 people have been confirmed dead after a domestic flight crashed in Pokhara in Nepal on Sunday, January 15, 2023.   Hundreds of rescue workers were scouring the hillside where the plane carrying 72 people from the capital Kathmandu, went down.  A viral disturbing video trending on various social media. In the video which is quite unusual, a young man alleged to be the father of an infant was seen giving the baby some smokes widely speculated to be a mar!juana.  Aside the bizarre attitude, a female voice suspected to be the child's mother was heard laughing and giggling at the background.  Their action has caused an uproar on various social media outlets. So many commenters voiced their disappointment and anger towards this particular dangerous parental skills. Although it's not clear where this video took place, the child's safety is of so much concern to everyone that has come across this video.

John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen welcomes a new baby. John Legend a popular singer announces the new arrival during concert, this is coming two years after life-saving abortion. Legend, 44, shared the news while performing at a private concert on Friday night, telling the crowd that he and his wife just welcomed a new baby.  'What a blessed day,' the singer said, adding that although he 'didn't get a lot of sleep' he felt energized after being by spending 'a lot of time' by Chrissy's side at the hospital.
